PROTOTYPE - Solent Twinner Ultra-HD - The world's only double needle 3 step, zigzag and straight stitch sewing machine
The most versatile machine ever that EVERY sail loft needs! Just 1 machine allows you to seam sails and finish UV strips, tapes and other parts of the sail.
Sew:
- 1 or 2 rows of 3 step zigzag sewing
- 1 or 2 rows of zigzag sewing
- 1 or 2 rows of straight stitch sewing.
With 2 needles, halves the time to sew sail panels and other 2 needle operations.
Saves valuable work space and increases productivity for all sizes of business.

- 3 step (6 point) zigzag - 1 or 2 rows, 10mm stitch width, overall width 26mm
- zigzag - 1 or 2 rows, 6mm stitch width, overall width 22mm
- straight stitch - 1 or 2 rows, stitch length 4mm, overall width 26mm
- XXXL rotary hooks
- Safety clutch mechanism to protect hooks and enable easy re-engagement, without the need to reset timing
